![]() ![]() ![]() I have a fully compiled and working vlc 0.8.6.c. Once I set it this way, I do start seeing the multicast traffic coming to the host in tcpdump (leaving the defaults to 3 and 1 respectively, I never get the streaming data) but I still don't see any video in VLC. ![]() The hosts are on the same L2 network, so TTL isn't an issue, although it is set to 11 on the server. Sending the stream as rtp didn't appear to make a difference, but I did not test that mode extensively. I have tried turning the MacOS X firewall off as well. ![]() Os 10.5.8 Leopard free download - Movist for OS X Leopard, Apple Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 Supplemental Update, Apple Mac OS Update 8. I've tried 2.2.1 production, and the 2.2.0 and 3.0.0 daily builds, and they all behave the same way. , - VLC Media Player, JRiver Media Center for Mac, DVDFab Media Player, Light Alloy, JRiver Media Center, Leawo Blu-ray Player for Mac, Freemake Music Box, Tipard Blu-ray Player. I realize that this could be an OS issue, but I know I have watched streaming data on this host at Mac OS 10.10.5 before. I have the output of running on the CLI with -vvv as well as the debug logfile output for both cases (4 files total) if that has any useful data, I would be happy to provide it. ![]()
